The Titan® 12T 550 motor pumps out incredible power with an integrated cooling fan to keep temperatures down. The XL-5 Electronic Speed Control provides smooth, reliable power delivery with EZ-Set® one-button setup and three different drive profiles.

Battery and Charger Included!

Stampede includes a powerful 8.4-volt 3000 mAh Power Cell rechargeable NiMH battery pack to reach its blazing 35+mph top speed. A powerful 4-amp 12V DC fast charger comes in the box for quick charging in the field. An optional #2976 40-watt AC adapter (sold separately) transforms a common wall outlet into a robust power source for the included 4-amp NiMH fast charger.

New LED Lighting

Stampede now includes LED lighting as standard equipment for more fun after dark. Thick impact-resistant bumpers protect the lights against crash damage with fully-waterproof construction for all-weather fun.

Precision 2.4GHz Control

Switch on the power and drive! That’s all there is to it with the TQ™ 2.4GHz radio system. There are no frequencies to manage, so the focus is on having fun. Race multiple vehicles side by side without interference. The TQ’s advanced programming provides long-range control with smooth, glitch-free performance. The TQ’s ergonomic design is comfortable for all day driving with an internal antenna that is impervious to damage.

Waterproof Receiver Box

Stampede’s innovative waterproof receiver box allows easy access to the receiver for maintenance. The unique patented design holds a 3-channel micro receiver that saves weight and provides reliable, long-range RC performance.

3-Channel Micro Receiver with Fail-Safe Security

The TQ 2.4GHz micro receiver uses an integrated LINK button for fast and easy binding. A two-color LED indicates power-on and bind status for fool-proof control and convenience. In the event of signal loss, the receiver will automatically return the throttle to neutral and hold the last commanded steering position. The Fail Safe programming is conveniently built-in and does not need to be set or activated.

High-Torque Waterproof Steering Servo

A monster truck needs a powerful steering servo for responsive performance, and Traxxas delivers with the #2056 high-torque servo. This waterproof steering servo uses O-ring seals to keep the fun going when things get wet. Waterproof for all-weather action, the #2056 provides 80 oz-in of steering muscle.

Talon™ 2.8” Pre-Glued Tires with Foam Inserts

The advanced Talon tire tread pattern provides excellent traction on almost any surface. The soft compound rubber hooks up for maximum acceleration and great grip on dirt, grass, pavement, and rocks.

The mirror-chrome All-Star™ wheels feature a lightweight horizontal bead that holds the tire to the rim even under extreme rpm. Performance-designed foam inserts are standard and all tires come pre-glued from the factory to get you rolling right out of the box.

What is a DC Charger?

A DC charger allows you to fast-charge your 5, 6, or 7 cell (6.0 – 8,4 volt) NiMH battery from a common 12v automotive power source.

If you do not have access to an automotive power source you’ll need to add the Traxxas 2976 – AC to DC Power Supply Adapter. Or you can add our Hub Hobby Generic AC to DC Adapter. These adapters let you plug your charger into a standard AC outlet at home or the track.

Alternatively, you can buy a Traxxas EZ-Peak Fast Charger and skip the adapter altogether. This would also allow for the use of Traxxas Lipo batteries.
